Bandung receives millions of visitors a year. Most informal companion work happens with no training, no boundaries, and no protection. We are building the opposite.
Millions of guests, no standard
Visitors arrive every week, and most companion work is informal: no briefing, no rules, no backup.
We train what is missing
Hospitality, clear boundaries, and the ability to explain a place well — three things rarely taught.
There is a path upward
Companion → Senior Companion → Coordinator. Rates follow the level, not the mood of the day.

What we offer
- Paid per session, transferred the same day via QRIS or bank transfer.
- Flexible schedule — you take sessions that fit your time.
- Training is a written guide, sent by email or WhatsApp. No fee, no commission — your earnings stay entirely yours.
- Internal certificate and a rate increase at each level.
What we ask
- Between 22 and 55 years old, with an Indonesian ID card (KTP), or a passport plus a valid work permit for foreign applicants.
- Living in Bandung or nearby.
- Basic conversational English.
- Signed code of conduct: 100% platonic, public places only, never hotel rooms.
- Reliable communication — guests depend on your confirmation.
- Willing to share real experiences from your sessions on social media, as set out in the code of conduct.
How to apply
- Message us on WhatsApp and tell us which role interests you.
- A 20-minute interview, in person or by call.
- Read the guide, then a short briefing and a comprehension check.
- Your first session, supervised and reviewed.
Complete application documents — ID card or passport, a short CV, and the languages you speak — go to info@bandungplatonic.com. We review them before the interview. By applying, you agree to verification of your documents and background.
How assignments work: there are no fixed shifts. When a booking arrives, we send it to matching companions on WhatsApp; the first to confirm takes the session.
Before you apply
Do I need an official guide licence?
No. We train you in hospitality, boundaries, and local knowledge. Bandung Platonic works for guests who choose a companion and need one, on the basis of trust.
Is this full-time?
No. Sessions are taken as you are available.
How do I get paid?
Per session, transferred the same day by QRIS or bank transfer.
Can women apply?
Yes, and guests may choose a female companion.
No experience?
That is exactly why the training exists.
How does verification work?
We check your documents and background through the sources you provide, with your consent.
We reply within one working day. Applications are reviewed in Bandung.
